Naughty Nancy Sponsored by Joanna Barnish This 20 year old multiple race winner and mother of two retired to a life as a riding horse in 2007. She served faithfully and quietly as a kid mount and reliable trail horse, but has been recently diagnosed with hock problems that make her unsound to ride. All the same, Nancy is a sweet tempered mare who loves to be groomed and enjoys life as a field ornament. She is looking for a sponsor to cover the cost of her feed and routine care.	Another Tino This stunning young man has quite the story! He has endured oral surgery to repair his mouth and is now happily retired in New Jersey. He is a curious guy who loved to be loved. Fine Feathers Fine Feathers is the sweetest girl. She's playful and kind and loves flapping her lip. Not much bothers this big girl.	Towel Time Towel Time is a stocky and sweet mare. She is an awesome horse with wonderful ground manners. Unfortunately, we had to retire her from riding due to her injuries. She makes a wonderful companion and is looking for a home or a sponsor. Benny Marvel Benny is an easy going 25 year old gelding who gets along with any mare and gelding, he would make the perfect companion for your farm. His girlfriend's name is Sandys Candystore. Psycho Chicken Chickie is a very sweet mare and at 22 years old. She is looking for a relaxing home as a companion or a sponsor. Foaled in Australia, she made it all the way to our Cream Ridge NJ farm.	Rathers Storm Storm is a retired mare who had a lingering broken ankle and bone chips. She makes a wonderful companion for any horse. With humans, she can be a little shy but is very kind and easy to work with. Please consider adopting or sponsoring Storm. She is located in Cream Ridge, NJ.	Arteffect Arteffect is the sweetest guy and makes a wonderful companion for humans and animals. He is looking for a home or sponsor!
Dacota Davi Dacota is a very sweet retired riding horse and loves her spa days getting groomed and fussed over. She is one of our favorites at our farm in KY. Please consider sponsoring her or giving her a forever home.	Mohawk Shy Star Mohawk is a bit of a Shy Star but has a loving personality once you get to know her. This 26 year old mare has a lot of spunk in the field and is looking to spend the rest of her life in a loving forever home. She is available for adoption and/or sponsorship. Unfortunately, Bambi's bad stifles prevent her from being ridden regularly or for any length of time. Robs Thunder Robbie is one of our rare, gray standardbreds. He loves attention and enjoys work.He is an easy keeper.He is easy to catch, bathes, grooms, clips, ties, and loads. He will never be sound to ride, but you can see he enjoys his time in the field. This youngster acts more like a dog than a horse and loves being groomed, bathed, and pampered. Nike Ambro 10 year old Nike flipped over as a weanling colt and suffered a skull fracture. As a result, he has a slight head tilt. He is otherwise sound and healthy, but would probably do best as a companion only. He has been under saddle in the past and was a sweet, reliable mount, which makes him a great pasture pet now. Nike is available for adoption and/or sponsorship, located in Kentucky. She has a displaced palate which makes her breath funny but it doesnt change her loving disposition and want of affection. Consider sponsoring or adopting her today!	Quidditch Quidditch is an absolute love who was being ridden consistently. A previous bout with EPM left Quidditch with some neurological symptoms, but she can fend for herself in a field with other horses. This sweetheart mare cannot be ridden, but she is only 9 and still has a lifetime ahead of her. Please call if you can sponsor or adopt this big-eyed cutie.
Miss Fantasia This 22 year old mare entered the program in 1994 and has been with us ever since. She is a pretty mare who has an Arab-y look about her. Fanny has always been a pleasure to work with... easy to catch and very easy going. An old racing injury combined with her age has rendered her 'companion only' but this sweet old girl misses the one on one attention she had for years in her last adoptive home. Fanny is paired up with Color Me Khaki. The two have been together for years and are inseparable.	Mystical Deal "Diggem" is a cute gelding that hasn't fully recovered from EPM. He is very easy to handle and would make an excellent companion. Please consider Diggem as your next sponsor.	JDs Dragon JD is an 12 year old, 15.3hh gelding who is a big and handsome fellow with a lot of energy. Unfortunately, an old injury makes him sound for only light riding. Rubis Du Faubourg "Ruby" Ruby is a 14 year old gelding who was rescued from a dairy farm being kept in deplorable conditions along with another STB. SRF took both guys to our Jefferson, NY facility for major TLC. Ruby is now fat and happy, however, he cannot be ridden. He loves being groomed and getting treats. Please consider making the rest of his life better than his prior life by adopting and/or sponsoring him today and giving him that forever home he so deserves.	Grampas Grounded Monty is a 16 year old, 16hh gelding and has character like no other! He takes it upon himself to watch out for weaker horses in the field, frequently taking other horses under his wing. He tends to be very body sore so we recommend a forever home as a companion only.	Leprechaun Dream This 16 year old, 15hh mare is retired due to harness racing's age limit, but she would make a great compaion. She is available for adoption and/or sponsorship in Jefferson, NY.
Macie The Farmer This 15 year old, 15.2hh gelding worked for several years at a correctional facility in NY. He is described as an affectionate gelding by those who worked with him. Macie is smart, calm, and willing to work. "A kind horse and a real pro." He has more than earned his retirement! He is on and off lame, so fully retired in Jefferson, NY. Help sponsor this handsome guy today.	Color Me Khaki Khaki is a 20 yr old gelding, stands 15.1. He is loving and gentle in every way. He has some mild arthritis in his ankle which makes him pasture sound only but a joy to be around. Khaki is available for adoption and/or sponsorship located in Palmyra, VA.	Fox Valley Roper Fox Valley Roper is 13 years old and located in South Hampton, NJ. He is undeniably the biggest sweetheart at the farm! Island Flower This sweethart mare is 21 years old and currently at our Palmyra, VA facility. Jerry Jerry is an 9 year old, 16hh gelding, who came to SRF without a name and very underweight. Not only was he born with a roached back, but he suffered an injury to both stifle joints and as a result, he will never be able to be ridden or driven.
