This horseshoe pendant is genuine 925 Sterling Silver, and glimmers with natural Zircon diamonds (not synthetic!) The pendant hangs on an 18-inch chain adjustable chain and measures approximately 7/8" wide x 1 3/8" tall.  Simple, elegant, natural.
